there is Sadness within me

there is Sadness within me by Vanessa Chan

At first sight, it is a round black dot, small and insignificant.
And then it is like a mark, condemning the skirt on which it lays.
And then it is like an insignificant being, hiding in the folds.
And now it becomes a mysterious peephole into what lies behind concealed.
And now it is inviting me in, a black hold that draws objects toward it.
And now it is the link to different worlds — a vortex.
And now I am the hole, an empty vessel, void of any emotions or feelings.
